Thief of Hearts:

I'm proud to announce that Thief of Hearts has been nominated in the P&E awards this year. I've always dreamed of being in it when I would see friends being nominated. *squeals* You can go to the P&E link or go directly to the All Other Short Stories Link. Below is also the description of the novelette. You can purchase it on Amazon, Barnes & Nobles, iTunes.

On the surface, Jules Hanover leads a privileged life being a member of the town's most prestigious family. Young, handsome and genteel, he runs his own successful party planning business and appears to be the type of son any parent would be proud of.

Underneath the glamour and illusion, the Hanover family is anything but the united front they project and Jules is desperate to get away from the charade that's forcing him to endure a secret hell.

With the help of his best friend and a pair of heartbroken ghosts, Jules races to find the truth about an ancient scandal, an unsolved murder and himself. But will the answers he seeks give him the strength he needs or will he become just another skeleton in the family closet?

Be there for others

Hi everyone. Long time no see. I was gonna post this on my author page, but it was going to be long. So I decided to put it here. I'm a supporter for everyone and I want to be an inspiration for others.

As you all know I came out as an asexual author, so it shouldn't matter what your sexuality is when you're an author. I happen to be an asexual who writes yaoi (male/male) books. I also happen to be hearing impaired, walk with a cane and am handicapped, but that doesn't stop me from doing my dream. My dream is to be an author, which I've achieved that.

No matter what anyone says never say hurtful things. I've seen a lot of that lately from authors bullying other authors to just regular people bashing other people. We should be helping others. We should be there for them for support. We should be lifting up their spirits instead of crushing them. It shouldn't matter how different we are.

Don't hurt people when they want to let stuff out. Try and help them the best you can. All you can really do is be there for them, try and help look on bright side of things, be there friend, because if you need to let something out, then that person will be there for you because you helped them through something dark.

I've seen others attacked, including myself and its hurtful. Try to be someone's reason to smile or someone's inspiration. Be someone's inspiration. Remember treat other's how you would want to be treated.

Thank you for your time. Peace, love and cake...
